However, in this article, the term insomnia will be used as a disorder with the following diagnostic criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Difficulty initiating sleep, maintaining sleep, or experiencing non-restorative sleep;<br>(2) This difficulty occurs despite adequate opportunity and conditions for sleep;<br>(3) This sleep impairment is associated with daytime impairment or distress;<br>(4) This difficulty sleeping occurs at least thrice a week and has persisted for at least one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Insomnia is a disorder caused by various factors, with psychological and psychiatric factors accounting for 50% of cases.
