However, it is not associated with inflammatory pathology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, common clinical manifestations include pain in the neck, shoulder, and arm. Furthermore, this pain is often accompanied by sensory disturbances. This condition involves the degeneration of the intervertebral and lateral interarticular joints. Xquang c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n nh\u1eefng t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u1ed9t s\u1ed1ng c\u1ed5 do ch\u1ea5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng, tho\u00e1i h\u00f3a, h\u1eb9p l\u1ed7 ti\u1ebfp h\u1ee3p, x\u1eb9p \u0111\u1ed1t s\u1ed1ng do lo\u00e3ng x\u01b0\u01a1ng, h\u1ee7y x\u01b0\u01a1ng do b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd \u00e1c t\u00ednh, v.v.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI): MRI is often indicated when the patient has prolonged pain (>4-6 weeks), increasing pain, progressive nerve damage, signs of cervical myelopathy, or warning signs suggesting malignancy or infection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ch\u1ee5p c\u1eaft l\u1edbp vi t\u00ednh (CT Scan) \u0111\u01a1n thu\u1ea7n ho\u1eb7c k\u00e8m ch\u1ee5p t\u1ee7y c\u1ea3n quang: Ch\u1ee5p CT \u0111\u01a1n thu\u1ea7n c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh khi kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 MRI ho\u1eb7c ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh ch\u1ee5p MRI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0110i\u1ec7n c\u01a1: C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 gi\u00fap ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c th\u1ea7n kinh v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t\nb\u1ec7nh l\u00fd t\u1ee7y c\u1ed5 v\u1edbi b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd r\u1ec5 v\u00e0 d\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh ngo\u1ea1i bi\u00ean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m m\u00e1u: \u00cdt c\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n trong b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd c\u1ed9t s\u1ed1ng c\u1ed5 v\u00e0 \u0111\u0129a \u0111\u1ec7m g\u00e2y ch\u00e8n \u00e9p c\u01a1 h\u1ecdc. Trong nh\u1eefng b\u1ec7nh nh\u01b0 kh\u1ed1i u, vi\u00eam, nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 th\u1ea5y thay \u0111\u1ed5i trong m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m nh\u01b0 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o
